RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Process Manager in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
* Operational support on current processes, business operations and management
* Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing strategies for process improvements, implementing and monitoring changes
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
* Evaluate existing business processes
* Develop and implement new processes
* Monitor and analyze process performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
* ITLV4 Foundation Certificate required
* Experience with implementing quality standards
* Experience developing and delivery training (in-person or virtual)
* Experience in developing SOPs/other process documentation
* CMMI experience preferred, but ITIL, ISO, also acceptable
* Problem solving
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
